Releasing new OpenMM21 projects to BETA

This project is simulating polymorphisms of p53 to understand their role determining the structure and dynamics of p53. We hypothesize that the proline-rich region may fold back and interact with p53’s core domain, thus impacting the thermodynamic stability of p53.
