Can't work out why I'm not getting QRB.

Hi. I have 60 something WUs returned (from two years ago) under my username freeman97. I just started folding again under the same name and passkey, and noticed that I am not getting QRBs (I have been watching my score and the client's credit estimates carefully. I have accounted for the delay in score updates.)

Do the 10 QRB-eligible WUs have to be returned within a certain timeframe? I'm wondering if my QRB-eligible WUs from 2016 don't count towards my current eligibility for some reason.
If not, can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The 10 WUs only count when both the user-name and the passkey are unchanged.

Apparently you got a new passkey. Here's what I see: (the vertical bars should be lined up.)

Oh, I see. Is there any way to get my old passkey? Is it a matter of figuring out which email address I originally used?

Yes, that is the only way to get the same one back. Otherwise, if you have the older PC you folded on or a backup from that, the passkey is stored in the config.xml file for the folding client. Or you find the old email with the passkey that was sent to you 2 years ago.
