8104/0/69/75: ...bonds that rotated more than 90 degrees

Project: 8104 (Run 0, Clone 69, Gen 75)

AMD G34 4P, 48 Core, overclocked
Ubuntu 10.10
ambient temperature - cooler than usual

The unit processed completely normally at, with frame times at approximately 7 minutes. Then, this:

Code: Select all

[16:41:19] Completed 212500 out of 250000 steps (85%)
[16:48:16] Completed 215000 out of 250000 steps (86%)
[16:55:16] Completed 217500 out of 250000 steps (87%)

Step 18969704, time 75878.8 (ps) LINCS WARNING
relative constraint deviation after LINCS:
rms nan, max inf (between atoms 75004 and 75003)
bonds that rotated more than 90 degrees:
atom 1 atom 2 angle previous, current, constraint length
I stopped Folding, rebooted the computer, restarted Folding, then the processing continued normally.

Work unit or processing anomaly? Computer at marginal stability threshold? Or just a good old gremlin hiding somewhere?

It does look like a WU issue.

Update: The work unit processed normally after the restart, completed, and uploaded to the collection server.
