EDIT: :e?: or... 600??? :e?: ("only gave me 1'300 points")

What client did you complete that work unit under? Because if its SMP you can get bonus points for completing it quickly, so you can end up with a WU that's worth a lot more (in my case 2573 points). Points per work unit vary from client to client. I'm not entirely sure what your problem is. Please clarify.

Here is a list of the WUs available: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html

Notice the column which tells you the credits awarded. They are the same for you as they are for me or anyone else. If you need more points, you will need to crunch more WUs, just like everyone else.

Meanwhile, many of us are glad you are helping with this important research.

Until 3-4 years ago 1,300 points per day was unheard of let alone per WU. Assuming that you are running F@H on your cpu may i suggest reading the SMP install guide and installing the smp client, make sure get and enter your passkey and then fold 10 SMP WU successfully within the deadline. Then you will get bonus points and thus a lot more points. If you want more points more quickly you will have to crunch either more WU or bigger WU.
Take a look at my sigs - lots of points per day but lots of hardware and expense to make those points happen.

Your last two WUs returned earned the following credits ...

Edit: Beta WU removed. Per the beta rules, beta WUs are not discussed or supported in the public forums.
Project: P7011 (Run: 2, Clone: 297, Gen: 6) x86 Pentium 4 - Credit: 600 Date/Time: 2011-07-28 03:09:45

Look at the project number and the credits received. Look at the link I gave you for the project list. Compare the credits you received with the credits listed on the psummary list. They should be the same. If so, you receive the same as others. I'm assuming you're not thinking you should receive more than everyone else, right?

BTW, I have been folding long enough to remember when WUs received 1 point each and how amazed we were when they started assigning a bigger WU which they decided would be worth 5 points! :)

I think the OP is asking about the bonus. Project 7011 qualifies for QRB, which requires a passkey. Epicmonkey, do you have a passkey? Have you completed 10 bonus-eligible WUs?

For comparison, would it be possible to look up Project: 7010 (Run 2, Clone 55, Gen 6)? I returned this on the 23rd using a passkey and it's base credit (600) is identical.

HFM benchmark is @1,500 PPD, which would put credit at 1,650 or so.

Seriously!? Was that back in 2001 or something? Wow. People get on here complaining that the ppd sucks for a particular project. Not that its a fair argument but they should be lucky that their not getting WU that are worth 1 point!

I wasn't sure Epicmonkey is running hardware eligible for that, but you may be right. Here is your result for the WU you mentioned.

Hi Amaruk (team 50625),
Your WU (P7010 R2 C55 G6) was added to the stats database on 2011-07-22 21:09:51 for 1650.6 points of credit.
