Project: 6511 (Run 11, Clone 25, Gen 33)- Bad WU?

Post by daveb »

This unit immediately errors out. I have tried different client versions (6.20, 6.23, 6.34), deleting and re-downloading the core, running with standard loops, and transferring the unit to a different machine. It always generates the same error and terminates without deleting the unit or trying to return anything to Stanford.

Nothing in the WU Database yet:
No data back from query
I have marked it for a follow-up.

This one just showed up again today on one of my machines. Same result - unit dies without returning or deleting itself.

Same machine or different one? Please post several bytes from the middle of the UserIDs of each client.

It was the same machine. I was running -advmethods when I originally got the unit. In order to get a different unit, I dropped the -advmethods. When I put it back on a few weeks later, the bad unit showed up again. However, when I originally got the unit, I tried running it on 2 other machines with the same results. It was simple to sneakernet it to another machine since the unit does not delete itself after it fails.
