Got another report of this WU (though different RCG). Only seems to happen with the P6901 WUs:

I have split the post from the other thread (viewtopic.php?f=19&t=18373) since the PRCG is different. In the WU database, a single failure is reported. I have marked it for a follow-up.

The WU isn't bad since another donor completed it:

Your WU (P6901 R1 C15 G16) was added to the stats database on 2011-04-18 03:08:27 for 133259 points of credit.

I don't think it's an issue with the WU itself... just that the server thinks there's an error with the results. And it's only happening with P6901 WUs.
