Is the server online? or is it currently on halt?

Hello, welcome to the forum.

130.237.165.141 is a backup Collection Server (CS) according to the Server Status Page (link on toolbar above). Look above that message in the fahlog for the Work Server (WS) IP address. That is the one we should track down and see about getting fixed.


EDIT: bollix beat me to it. 130.237.232.140 is the WS in question.

I restarted one of the clients and now I can see the 130.237.232.140 IP address.

Have a SMP unit completed 8th Sept which has 108 failed uploads! According to the log it is trying to access 130.237.165.141 and 130.237.232.140 work server (results) without success.
AS I am able to upload GPU WUs without problem I assume the problem is at the Stanford end.

As an aside I cannot even find 130.237.165.141 on the server status page.

According to the logs the server 130.237.232.140 came back up again at around 7:30 PDT on Wed 8 September, meaning around 14:30 UTC.

I had to shut down the client on one of my rigs and restart it for it to send the WU in after the server came back online. The other one was able to do so without intervention though. It's probably too late now though as the deadlines have more than likely passed making it pointless.
