How to Update Team information...

I have been folding for a very long time, well at least to me, for years and I've never really thought about my team number and info, well I have a website that I would now like to link etc but for the life of me I cant remember what I used for my login id etc, I still have my old email account but they the link to change things wants to know the username also....So my question is who can I contact to work through these issues, all of the systems that fold have been my systems, I know why this is an issue but hopeful that I can somehow verify myself and gain access to update some information.....If anyone has any ideas THANKS in advance....

That's the problem I dont remember what my original username was, I run linux and have always just used my team number......any suggestions?

On a related note, can anything be done about teams that have basically been abandoned for many years? Is there any way that an admin can email whoever the current owner of the team is to see about transferring ownership of the team to somebody who still folds, or is that not an option?

There's only 12 users on that team. It would seem easy to figure out which username you used. If not, try them all.

Got it thanks for the tip, although I was lucky to be able to get into my old email....but now all is updated....THANKS again...
