In other words, there'a a bug with Core 22, AMD and Linux combination. The server was incorrectly set up and was sending WUs to this combination. The server has been fixed to not do so anymore.

Yes, it's a known bug of v8 client ... and since I didn't see any explanation or solution to this, I can only advice to stick to v7 client on affected systems ...

Yes, FAH doesn't like nVidia Optimus or any other similar technologies ... or power saving features. They are the opposite to what FAH is.

I never use display power saving option on desktops ... I turn off the screen with the power button when I'm not going to use it.
I would even say that I disable all power saving features on dedicated folding machines ...

The proprietary driver has all the necessary libraries to run FAH with CUDA.

Yes,it looks like a bad WU, it already failed 3 times on 3 different users. Feel free to dump it.

You can also try to set Prefer Maximum Performance for Power Management setting in nVidia Control Panel.
