It's also a good idea to disable iGPU in BIOS settings if you are not using it.

Did you try to use a VPN ?

If you look at the network traffic when transfers are very slow, you will see a lot of packet retransmissions. There's definitely some network equipment (or cable) that is no doing well somewhere in the pipe.

Your issue should be fixed now. It was something with login API. Clear the browser cache a d try again if issue persists. Hihgland3 has been updated to the latest version of the WS software, it might trigger new issues.
