Two cores. Yes I set it up as smp.

I did it again and it is still 56%. It looks like it won't be working in windows 8. I don't like the system so I'll be back to windows 7 in a couple of weeks. I sure wouldn't want to be the go to guy in business full of windows 8 machines.

It was only using 56% of the CPU so I shut it down and reinstalled it brought in an A4 unit project 7028 and still only using 56%

Is project 8004 a SMP work unit?

It is running under windows 8

Does folding@home work with Windows 8. I am trying to learn to use this operating system and would like to continue to fold. I copied the folder from the windows 7 install but it does not work. I reinstalled it and it still is not going.

I'm sorry but I don't understand code button. How do I go about renaming or adding arguments. I thought I just had to bring up the properties window and add the flags. I am using the smp client in a command window. I did not restart it. I added -oneunit in the fah.exe properties window. I now have four stranded work units.

Do you think someone could work on this flag. I have three stranded smp WUs because it is not working. I am shutting down some computers during the hot weather.
