Re: 171.64.65.75 - Unable to get work unit
Fixed for me as well. I would imagine the server issue is resolved.

Count me in.
One of my clients has been trying for about 4 hours to get a WU from 171.64.65.75

Re: Is it just me or are the Stats not updating?
I'm going to see a nice 120,000ish point spike when my WUs finally get credited.

Re: Is it just me or are the Stats not updating?
Psh, I'm missing about 110,000 - 120,000 points. 2 bigadv WUs that I still haven't been credited for.

Re: FahMon support calc of BonusPoints on BigAdv?
I think people use Fahmon as an estimate of their PPD. We're aware that PPD isn't accurate unless the time the WU was accepted by Stanford. Even still, it would be nice to see a semi-accurate PPD that includes the bonus.

Re: FahMon support calc of BonusPoints on BigAdv?
I saw a spreadsheet at overclockers or OCforums a few weeks ago. It said that the bonus was....
Bonus = SQRT(final deadline x constant / WU Time) = sqrt(6 * (2 / wu_time))
Dunno how true that is. This could be added to Fahmon I would image (assuming it is correct)

Re: FahMon and VMWare
Its in the package manager. First do an upload (i think its the reload button). Then do a search for "samba". It will show in the results. Install it.
You can find it then under System>Administration>Samba

Re: FahMon and VMWare
In ubuntu there is a nice Samba GUI package. Its listed as System-config-Samba. Its got a simple front end and helps you avoid having to modify the samba config file manually. I use it on all of my Ubuntu VMs.

Re: FahMon and VMWare
Been working fine for me for years. Just point Fahmon at the VM's share.

Re: FahMon (multi-platform app to monitor various F@h clients)
I'm having a LOT of issues lately with fahmon. It has been crashing on me almost hourly lately. My system is FAH stable and has been for months. I'm debating a reinstall of fahmon. It keeps crashing and windows pops up saying that fahmon has stopped responding. Many times this happens when I click b...

Re: VMware Server Console - failed to switch to 64 bit mode
Is anyone even reading the first post fully? On the set up I have had to drop Memory to 144 MB for Ubuntu to load which is far to low to run Folding smp version. Has anybody experienced and / of know how to get back to 800MB to run folding seriously. He has got it to run, but he's getting errors due...

Re: VMware Server Console - failed to switch to 64 bit mode
Right, but what causes this error is when VMware can't allocate the ram that it needs to run. I've seen this numerous times when I would have some huge memory hog program open before I would start my VMs.

Re: VMware Server Console - failed to switch to 64 bit mode
I set all my VMs to ~600mb each. Sounds like you just don't have enough free ram available.
