If it is a legit program and if the creators of that program really want to contribute to the scientific purpose of Folding @Home, then they would be interested in the use of the program by all interested. Utility for automatical assigning of affinities for SMP folding cores. It works as a service and assigns affinities every 10 mins if needed.
