Just checked the log file and found that the results/data was successfully transmitted about 2.5 hrs ago.

Check out my post(s) regarding a different set of servers for standard console clients. My log file showed 143 and 139 failed upload attempts for 2 different WUs.

Ok. Thanks. I guess, I will try sending tomorrow. I need to shut this machine down for maintenance/upgrade. That usually means the server has stopped/crashed whatever before the details of the proteins have been sent to the collection server, hence it doesn't have a record of the unit. ie it looks l...
