Yes, this is a dedicated folding box.
So the version of the OS is the issue here, not 32 bit vs. 64 bit?

My Win7 64 has no problem getting work assignments for a GTX 960.

Older XP 32 with a GTX 960 has gotten straight "empty work server assignments" for about 2 months.
Have tried different drivers, have uninstalled and re-installed several times.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Will try to post some log files tomorrow, long day of networking issues at work.

No overclocking on either card. Have Afterburner and gpu-z and a couple others installed, will try to poke around when I'm not so tired.

Update:
Got both cards running fine last night.

Left them running and this morning the 460 had failed, 8800 still running fine.

Back from work and both had failed.

Any suggestions what to address now?

Removed the slots, uninstalled the client, reinstalled the client.
No difference, still the same problem.

Both gpu's show as "running" w/ 0 progress.
