Thanks for issuing a restart for me but it did not help. I even went so far as to use my cell phones as a hot spot to see of it would make any difference.

I thought I would have heard something back by now. So far 42 failed attempts to upload. I did a ping test from home to the two IP addresses and those were successful. Am I the only one having this issue?

It's an HP MB https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03353629 and finding a graphics card to work with it was a pain. I'll research it a bit to see if it's possible to get a newer gpu with my MB.

A GPU card update is not possible for me without a different motherboard so I'm stuck with what I have for now.
