What kind of CPU and GPU do you have? Where would I find that information? Since you can see the icon in the notification tray, could you navigate to the folder in %AppData% (see link in the second post) and post the log.txt file here for you to see what's happening? In the notification tray (bottom right corner) on the taskbar, you might see a "molecule" icon which is for F@H. That should help you open up Advanced Control (AKA FAHControl).
