Are you sure that you are looking at the chipset temperature or at the CPU one ? Do you use AMD stock cooler ? Is your case ventilated enough ? The bios is the most recent one and no overclocking option has been enabled.
I will report back once I looked further into this issue, especially regarding power supply and air flow.
