Re: Results of moonshot project
I've been wondering the same thing. It would be interesting to see where one or more compounds feed into any of the efforts found on either of these roadmaps: Vaccines Map: https://www.racap.com/media/Covid-19/CO ... 2020_F.pdf Therapeutics Map: https://www.racap.com/media/Covid-19/CO ... 2020_F.pdf...

Re: WU 13416 low ppd long run time
I also just had a long running one, taking 12.5 hours (normally taking 4 hours). It was run:1291 clone:121 gen:0. Just wanted to confirm, did I see in one of the posts from @JohnChodera that as long as the job results get successfully returned, we don't need to post abnormally long run times on the ...

Re: Project 13414
Running summary for processing times on project 13414 (on a RTX 2060). Updates: Had three on 6/26, all in the 4 hr range. With five in a row processed as expected, will just report anomalous ones going forward (unless I hear otherwise of course). 06/20/20 run:949 clone:21 gen:0 (unit: 0x0000000012bc...

Re: Project 13414
And a couple more today (RTX 2060), first looks as expected, second looks slow. And didn't mention in previous posts, running 24/7.
From earlier today: 13414 (Run 1816, Clone 4, Gen 1), TPF at 2 min 10 sec
Currently running: 13414 (Run 1553, Clone 12, Gen 0), TPF at 7 min, 18 sec

Curt

Re: Project 13414
Thanks John. Picked up another 13414 this morning (Run 255, Clone 83, Gen 0). The estimated time between frames is 2 min 18 sec, so looks to be in the 4 hour range also.
Cheers,

Project 13414
Following up on a post from this morning that I may not have put in the right forum (leave it to a new guy :D ). viewtopic.php?f=74&t=35624&start=15#p338142 (includes log extracts) The final processing time on Project: 13414 (Run 824, Clone 39, Gen 1) was a little over 13 hours (RTX 2060). N...

Re: core22 0.0.10 released to full FAH!
Another data point on processing a Project 13414 WU (ongoing). With the RTX 2060, WU's have been taking roughly 2-4 hours (1.0-1.1M PPD). This one looks like it will take somewhat longer. There's plenty of RAM available and I only have 8 of the 16 CPU cores working on Rosetta WU's, with the remainin...

Re: COVID-19
Hi sekramer10, I would offer up one newb's experience/perspective. I discovered Rosetta@home about the same time as Folding@home and have ended up supporting both. I have my GPU working on FaH WU's and a percentage of my CPU cores supporting Rosetta. Before the ability to select a COVID-19 preferenc...
