It seems I need to create a new team and convince all members of current teams to join the new one then accumulate score from Zero. Is it correct ?

I think next similar question is about sub-teams (or teams merge). If I am planing to make all Taiwan-based F@H teams merge to a single team as alliance, what should I consider and prepare in advance? What will happen to original teams and members' scores? Please kindly hint me if an FAQ is already ...
