Really don´t know, were this blockage is coming from.
I configured router with Port opening and assign.stanford.edu and 65.254.110.245 on whitelists to avoid IP addresses.
But still same "error"

@Anandhanju I tried both. And for direct browser access it was not working. But I fixed the settings in the Router (filterlists). Now I can access this pages via direct IP, but still the tool is giving following log: HTTP_NOT_FOUND 16:43:17:ERROR:WU01:FS01:Exception: Could not get an assignment ID 1...

But as a generell approach it would be better to have some response like "Server maintenance" or "try another time" instead of "HTTP_NOT_FOUND"
