I've been struggling with this same issue on F31 KDE w/ an intel CPU and Nvidia card. Just resolved it today the clGetDeviceIDs() error. I'm also experiencing this same Error, but on Fedora 31 (KDE). I've seen a few similar (very old) posts saying that their resolution was to switch the OpenCL index from -1 to 1, but am not sure how.
