By the way, the only reason I posted your user name and post count is to show the user info from the old forum was backed up. Both info that is publicly available from that forum. Try not to read too much in to it.

The GUI client probably just displayed that message much longer than it actually took to download the core, or until it had a new message to display that replaced the downloading core message. As the others said, because the client is making good progress, it looks like just a GUI behavioral problem...

No it's not very important ... but it's not a lot of work. It's more important to install an AntiBot mod ... :? Now that we have a working forum, those who spent a lot of personal time getting this forum up the last few days are probably catching up on real life tasks. That, and now that it is work...

GROMACS in Spec 2006

Wednesday, 12 September 2007 The GROMACS code is now part of the SPEC 2006 benchmark system for CPUs . That means hardware vendors that want to show off their hardware run GROMACS as a part of their benchmarks and some of them tune hardware and/or compilers to get better results. Look for test 435....
