I can confirm that the ocd-icd-opencl-dev package fixes the issue on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS "bionic" Root Cause: This is most likely due to an issue with the packaging. Apparently the .deb package for ocl-icd-libopencl1 does NOT include the symlink for libOpenCL.so (at least on Ubuntu 18.04.4 ...
