...But the brain isn't running software with optimized Assembly loops....so "our" hardware is leaving a lot on the table. If Pande et al release an optimized wetware software client, where would I find an Arctic Cooler in a size 7 3/8? :biggrin: It's available at your nearest grocery stor...

oh is that how its done in the Open Source world; they write crappy codes and hire them for a million bucks to fix it so you can use it?

Run your PS3 off peak, at night when the grid is not overloaded.
Same energy consumption but helps the power plants and the environment.

Plant a tree and ride your mountain bike often.
Its a lot of fun and helps the environment, not to mention less beer belly for the ladies to see. :lol:

I also find the SMP client hard to use, limited and not intuitive, thats probably why its still at beta and hidden from non experts. However, I like the GPU2 client and eagerly waiting for the GPU2 Nvidia; next week right? :wink: I am guessing the Stanford team is concentrating their limited manpowe...
