Welcome to the folding support forum. The messages "Failed to read stream" usually indicate that the connection is being blocked. A common cause id anti-virus or other anti-malware software blocking data downloads using http by other than "known" browsers such as Internet Explor...

Reboot your router, and get a new IP address, see if that helps.
