OK, thanks again, Bruce.
Of course my problem is the opposite of what you and 7im describe: FAH runs even when my computer is clearly not idle.
Anyway, I'll keep trying to find a pattern, if I can.
Thanks all!
Peace,
Alex

Re: FAH runs even when not idle
Thanks, Tim. It's been happening for months now, and I haven't noticed a pattern, but I'll keep my eyes open. I don't know enough about the Advanced Control settings to be able to get it to do better than it's doing, which is why I've just set 'On Idle' in the right-click menu or in the Web Control....

Re: FAH runs even when not idle
Hi Bruce, Thanks for your reply. 1. I understand that FAH can't run while my computer is hibernated. I've got a laptop, and I don't want FAH to run while the computer is hibernated. Hello! I've been using FAH for years, but recently it has started taking up an enormous amount of my processing power and making my entire computer slow. I'm running Windows 7 x64. (I've pasted my log file below.) According to https://folding.stanford.edu/home/faq/f ... roduction/ Only when idle Fol...
