Sorry for bringing up a post 6 years old, firstly. However, I got caught with the same problem today, and nothing suggested helped. In the end, I changed my password from a 16 character all numerical, to an 11 character Alphanumeric+Special. This change finally allowed me to get my new team up. Sorr...
