The .json files are in the "01" folder that is visible, like



but the only things in this folder are .json files, no checkpoints.

In that folder I just have a bunch of viewerFrame##.json and viewerTop.json, but no checkpoint files.

But should checkpointState.xml, checkpt.crc, and positions.xtc be in the same directory? If they should, then they aren't getting written at all.

Alright, so I'll let the CPU finish what I've got right now and then reboot. Would it be of any use to increase the log verbosity? In the case it is the disk, can I change where work units are saved?
