Re: 980ti Issue?
Thanks for the fast reply. Well, I guess what I said above is no longer current information. I just went down to check on my computer, which had been folding in Windows "High Performance" mode, and I had the display set to never turn off, and the computer had "crashed" just like ...

980ti Issue?
I am finally going to post regarding my issue, because I can't seem to solve it myself. I am experiencing a "crash" (not sure what else to call it), with my EVGA 980ti Classified. After I start Folding @ Home, and the computer (a dedicated Folding rig) runs fine for a time period, at certa...

Re: What is an Active Client?
An active client is a folding slot (CPU or GPU) that has done work in the specified period. So many PCs, having one CPU slot and one GPU slot, will have two active clients. If you change your name, team, hardware or passkey, that will be regarded as a different client. As to why your nine PCs are e...

What is an Active Client?
Folding at Home says that I have had 26 active clients within the last 50 days, and 20 active clients within the last 7 days. I have nine computers that are folding. Most others that I see on my team list only have 2 or three active clients, but they are earning as many points per day as I am. What ...

Re: Failed to connect to 171.67.108.200 (or 204)
A couple of my folding computers with a two core CPU (G3258) are unable to get any more work units from 171.67.108.200 and 204. This started occurring within the last day or so.

Re: Any work units available for single CPU slot?
I have got it up and running the same way I have in previous times. It seems to be working for the time being. Please let me know as soon as this problem arises again. I'm trying to figure out how to reproduce it and will be watching closely to see why it's recurring. I will let you know as soon as...

Re: Any work units available for single CPU slot?
As of a few minutes ago, I now have single CPU core jobs on all four of my computers. Thank you to whomever fixed the issue!

Re: Any work units available for single CPU slot?
@abravo - The two older logs you posted were useful, they identified another WS besides the one sryckbos is working on fixing. I will be contacting the PG to see if that can be brought back into serving WU's as well. It is a server for a group of older projects, they may have finished. I am glad I ...

Re: Any work units available for single CPU slot?
I'm aware of the no-single-core jobs problem. It's a recurring error on my work server; I've fixed it temporarily several times but the permanent fix is still in the works. Sorry about that and will have a complete fix soon. Thank you for the update. I am looking forward to doing more one core CPU ...

Re: Problem with two servers [Single Core Assignments]
Welcome to the forum. You have a 2-core system with a GPU. One core is reserved for running the GPU slot, so moving to Full is not going to increase the number of cores available for CPU folding. So in my setup, when the slider is at full, one of my CPU cores is tied up with the folding that is goi...

Re: Problem with two servers [Single Core Assignments]
If you check older logs you could see which Work Servers you were getting assigned to for CPU folding in the recent past and let us know the addresses. That would help in identifying which server(s) are either out of single core work or offline to report to PG. That might result in either more work...
