Re: Stats down? [No]
I'm sure the same amount of science was done, but I must have missed something. Maybe the time remaining was actually unreliable, or the jobs themselves didn't have any QRB points attached so that it just, naturally ran slower. I didn't actually look at the vid-cards, write down time remaining (whic...

Re: Stats down? [No]
Ah. Actually, I remember reading that now, once, a long time ago. Now that makes sense. Thanks.

Re: Stats down? [No]
I don't EVEN know what to make of this. I was noticing for days that THIS computer was getting assignments that yielded extremely low PPD credits. I compiled all this info on what the CPU and each GPU were producing, on what project, and on which servers (the CPU seems to be getting stuff at the mom...

Old V7 Client won't uninstall completetly
I've tried several times now to uninstall the FAHClient and reinstall it. I had to wipe an old machine completely to get it to function again. I did. I got the whole thing working just fine, and I reinstalled FAH, and things were fine until I tried to add the NVIDIA cards. I went over to the expert ...

Re: 140.163.4.233 shit the bed 2 days ago
I just tried the stop and start remedy. It did no good. Although, briefly, an actual job did come up, it was whisked away so fast, again I had no way of keeping track of it. It was, I think, a 94xx job number, with other W&C servers; but was just gone too damned fast to record any of the numbers.

Re: 140.163.4.233 shit the bed 2 days ago
Well, I don't understand why it is I can't attach this in a separate window from my comments, such as these; but it doesn't seem to want to allow me to do that. I've been having problems for days now, with *.233 & *.232, along with 171.67.108.157. I already posted concerning *.157; but thought I...

Re: Project 9414 (171.67.108.157) upload failing
I have been having repeated failures with this WS, as well as with 140.163.4.233 & *.232. All show off line, but whatever video card I load into one system, the card always tries to get jobs from these 2/3 sources, and fails. For a brief moment, I did see that the GPU had an actual job, the numb...

Re: GPU folding fails -- clEnqueueReadBuffer
I'm having a problem similar to this. I'm trying to get a GTX 1080 FTW card to function in a new configured machine. Project # THIS time is 8207. Work Server #: 134.139.52.2. Collection Server #: 134.139.52.3. I have tried many times uninstalling, reinstalling, purging everything. Every time I try t...

Re: WU's Not Being Assigned by 171.67.108.102/171.67.108.105
I have been having trouble with the *.105 one of these servers for quite some time now. The server shows as not online, as in down, missing, useless, and more than just a little annoying, as this has been going on for over a day, maybe even longer than that. I have 6 computers with lots of gtx 1080s...

Re: GPU folding fails -- clEnqueueReadBuffer
SUCCESS!!! Other than some minor problems in the Putty Screen (a problem I've NEVER had before because, usually when I'm loading NVIDIA drivers in the Putty Screen FAH is NOT yet installed and trying to run), once I got 375.26 installed, and open the Advanced Control window, all my cards were loaded...

Re: GPU folding fails -- clEnqueueReadBuffer
Ah. Interesting. I had tried looking to see if there were any new driver available for the 10 series cards, but googling just kept leading me back to links for 367.27. I will, of course, try this new driver on this system, and get back about how well (or not) it works. It's been a while since I was ...

Re: GPU folding fails -- clEnqueueReadBuffer
So I'm just stuck at the moment, eh? I allowed all my machines to finish the cpu jobs and shut them down. I tried uninstall and reinstall by means of the terminal. I thought maybe it was some errors I was making during installation, but this was perfect for the first GPU, and I immediately got a job...

Re: GPU folding fails -- clEnqueueReadBuffer
As you can see they didn't ALL start failing at the same time on 02/01/17. All my machines look similar, with minor details, but gather all that information, from machine to machine would take me hours. I did see something in one of them that said something about a core being out of date. Please let...

Re: GPU folding fails -- clEnqueueReadBuffer
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back, very sorry, but a lot of irons in the fire right now. ALL my GPU jobs have failed, 15 of them on 5 machines. I presume this isn't happening to most people since I see no reference to it in new posts. It appears that on all my machines this stuff started, at v...

Many, many failed GPU jobs
I just checked one of my machines (this one) after having made sure, about a week ago that it was functioning properly over a couple of hours, precisely because of many previously failed GPU jobs, on this machine. Three GPUs, not in use due to failed jobs. Who knows how stinking long that was going ...
