Just switched over from Rosetta@home using BOINC to using the folding@home software. I'm getting 17k PPD from my cpu and 66.9kppd from my GPU. This seems low but I'm new and ignorant.

Not new to folding, but new to dedicated folding.
I have been folding for a few years now, before that I was running SETI@home. I've never messed with settings, just let BOINC do its thing. I'm looking in to building a dedicated folding machine to run 24/7. Over the past couple of days I have read a ton of info, but I am getting mixed results when ...
