Hmm... would it be better for me to set it to "off" before shutting my laptop?

My progress on a project went from 88% to 15% (actually, as far as I can tell, it went to 0% and then back up to 15% but I wasn't watching it at the time.) It's working now! Already at 4%. Does FAH also run when laptop is closed (i.e. asleep)
