Correction: My GPU is running at about 55C or less while BOINC GPU tasks are paused.

I'm not doing any overclocking at all. According to EVGA Precision X, my video card is running at about 80C while running BOINC projects and about 70C while BOINC GPU computing is paused.

I looked at my power settings and my computer is set to never sleep.

A few month ago I was also getting the GPU_MEMTEST_ERROR failure. It turned out that it was because I had Remote Desktop enabled and when I actually connected to the machine via RDP the video driver resets and the F@H core dies. Unfortunately, after having a few successful rounds of GPU tasks successfully completing, I'm now getting GPU_MEMTEST_ERRORs again. Any suggestions?

It successfully completed a GPU task, so it appears to be working now. Updating the driver appeared to fix everything.

I've updated the driver and a GPU task is running. Hopefully, I'll know whether it's succeeded soon.

Bad driver versions have cause GPU-MemTest-Errors in the past (though typically in AMD) also getting the wrong project type for your GPU (Getting a GPU3 project for a GPU only capable of GPU2) have caused them. I ran 1000 iterations of MemtestG80 using 750MB of memory on my GeForce GTX 470 with stock settings and it found no errors. Is there anything else that could be causing this error?
