Well that is OK. I now understand everything. I just lost a few days work because of "some unknown condition in my system". Have completed over 110 WUs and been given points for those. So whatever happened must have been unusual. Yes my computer is nearly four years old so is not very fast...

I use Kaspersky Security 2012. I cannot see anything that indicates that it has done anything at the time. There is nothing in Quarantine.
