Setting client-type value advanced in the expert tab solved the issue for me.

Re: Concerns about Video Memory
When I say load it is not the percentage load that you can find on GPU-Z, it is actually the amount of current the GPU draw. While folding it never exceed 75 amps while in the benchmark "Valley Benchmark" it actually draw 100 amps on average and it goes up to 120. I'm sure some game now ca...

Re: Concerns about Video Memory
I also have this Graphic cards on wich i've folded more than 40 million points with it, and I know that fah doesn't put that much stress on your GPU not as much as some game and benchmark. I suggest you raise your vcore a little with saphire trixxx, since the more load you put on your GPU the more t...

Re: Has anyone figured out the low GPU usage issue yet?
Thanks for the information, i will consider to downgrade to 12.8 drivers, also will this downgrading also reduce the CPU usage? cause GPU folding take me one entire core so my CPU is folding with only 3 core. Edit: well i found out that is does not reduce CPU load but at least i get 2k more PPD than...

Re: Has anyone figured out the low GPU usage issue yet?
Thanks for the explanation.
I checked the TPF and PPD and i have 6k PPD, i guess it's alright for an HD7950, coupled with the CPU it's a total of 10k PPD it's not that bad.

Re: Has anyone figured out the low GPU usage issue yet?
All i can say id that core_16 is really dependant on the cpu, when with my 285GTX core_11 used a little of the CPU like 2~3 percent. Edit: 13.2 beta works fine from my side 90% and above gpu load, but now it took 20% of my cpu usage limiting my CPU folding. You might want to check your TPF on the 1...
