It would seem that if you have a hardware setup such as mine and have CCC 12.9 beta w/.NET 4.0 support installed and THEN install Nvidia drivers 306.97 AND select clean install (this seems to be the key with this version of the drivers only) during installation the new Geforce drivers...

I deleted all work units along with all old data when I reinstalled the Client just a short while ago. Same results sadly. I also wiped all registry entries of the program before installation and made sure all directories of previous install were deleted as well.
