I've also noticed that F@H GPU causes massive problems with Remote Desktop. Either RDP runs incredible slow (unusable) or the entire computer freezes and you can't get back into it without rebooting.
I've had to disable GPU for the foreseeable future.

When F@H first became compatible with ATI GPU folding, I didn't have any problems running it 24/7 and also using the computer as a media PC (Media Player Classic Home Cinema x64 on Win7).
