I've got nothing to do with the actual software on the machine or its configuration. I'm just responsible for making sure the OS and hardware all work. 129.74.85.16 is at a different university, so there isn't anything I can do anyways.

I'm the admin for the machine. There was a water leak in the data center hosting 128.113.12.0/24 Saturday (5/12), resulting in an emergency shutdown. The problem has been dealt with, and all services should be operational.

1 HVAC failure, 1 failed hard drive, and 1 sysadmin recalled from vacation later, the machines are back online.

All the servers on the 128.113.12.0/24 subnet (128.113.12.161, .162, .163) are currently down due to a power failure that outlasted its UPS. Its going to be a few hours before they can be brought back online due to issues with the data center.
