Thanks but i found your topic two days ago and sadly, it didn't solve the problem.

Indeed, that is why i installed client v7 but it was not a problem of client too .

Here are two log file of two different computers ( from two different locations which i can control with Teamviewer ) showing you the problem at the end of file . These shows you that it was impossible to receive any new WU during at least 15 hours for the first computer and 10 hours for the second ...

Ok but all my 3 computers are not at the same location so i don't believe that this is a problem of my internet provider but next time i will follow your advise step by step. However i was worried about this situation and wanted to know if there was not a specific problem with bigadv units. Thanks a...

Thanks for your answers but i came back from work this evening, checked my 3 computers and the client v6 and v7 folds bigadv again.

Of course i changed nothing since this morning and don't know how to explain this sudden change . For me it is a mystery.
