Re: Stats Server Down
Yeah, it's been down since Thursday night... flat files also. They were reported to PG.

Re: Not enough a7 WUs
Finally, after over a month without seeing an a7, I have seen 3 a7 WUs in the past 24 hours. I have 5 CPU machines and the a7s give me over 50% more points than the a4s.

Re: New guy question??
@bruce: Using the V7's Advanced Control features is more complex but also allows you to change the configuration of remote machines and make other types of changes. The choices are up to you. Where can I find any guidance? I have four (or five) machines running and would love to monitor them at one ...

Re: PS3 Servers in Rejct - 171.64.65.73, 83, 96
Dang, does anyone need an overworked 40M PS3? It has slaved night and day for 25 months but is otherwise unused. It might make a good space heater(:-}>~~~~

Re: 7610 (Run 355, Clone 2, Gen 0) Fast Crash
Okay, first pass of Memtest is okay. Left it running but honestly doubt it will find any problem. This machine has been a dedicated folder for about 15 months without any real problems. It is kept dry, cool and well fed. :-} The WU I reported crashed immediately several times in a row but when a new...

7610 (Run 355, Clone 2, Gen 0) Fast Crash
Got this WU and immediately got as dialog box saying that FahCore_a4 had crashed. As soon as I acknowledged the problem, it restarted and crashed again. I reset the computer and got 2 immediate crashes before nuking the WU. The next received WU was also a 7610 (159, 2, 3) but it works fine. I notice...

You are correct. The individual stats page has been "updating for over 12 hours now.
They'll get it fixed, I'm sure.

Re: 171.67.108.21
Looks like it is working. I had a couple WUs backed up and they both were send successfully.
Thanks to whoever fixed it - on Sunday.

Re: 7611 (3, 26, 107) Very slow
7611 DOES run slower and the variation in PPD has been reported on several occasions. The last ones I documented got about 75% of the PPD I expected. Other users have reported even slower (or lower PPD) results. PPD varies greatly depending upon the WU and systems it is being run on but once you get...

Another 7611 (Run 4, Clone 23, Gen 134) arrived this morning and started fine... it'll be done in about 11 hours.

Project: 7611 (Run 2, Clone 18, Gen 72) Fast BAD_WORK_UNIT
Had an immediate BAD_WORK_UNIT on Project: 7611 (Run 2, Clone 18, Gen 72). My system is a stock Phenom II X6 (Thuban 1100T BE) running Windows 7 Ultimate. I use Client Control Version 7.1.43 and have completed several 7611s without a problem. A 7611 had just completed and a new one was starting when...
